How do I customize each of my devices?
Follow the easy-to-understand screens to set up your customized treatment plan
- Customize Intensity – Establish what the intensity should be from start to finish every day. (intensity levels: standard, elevated or intense) The level you choose is dependent on the needs of your pets.
- Customized: Establish when treatment should be administered. This unique ability will maximize the life of the calming cartridge. You can schedule or pause it at any time.
Have veterinarians approved or tested WagWiseMD and what were their findings?
Yes, veterinarians and animal scientists worked together to create the WagwiseMD device and formulas. Their studies found that micro-dosing delivered consistent and effective active ingredients with no signs of side effects.
Is WagWiseMD safe for puppies and kittens?
The calming cartridge for diffusers is safe for dogs and cats of all ages. The Wagwise Collar is made just for dogs.
Is WagWiseMD safe to have in the home around my children?
Yes, the dosing amounts and active ingredients are safe for children
Do WagWiseMD active ingredients leave any odor when dispensed?
WagwiseMD’s ingredients do not have an odor on their own. However, a very subtle vanilla smell has been added so that users know that the device is working properly.
Do I need both the collar and the home diffuser for best results?
The collar or diffuser is sufficient for calming. However, the collar is ideal for anywhere your dog goes and customized specific to an individual dog, The calming diffuser can be customized to a specific room or for multi-pet households.
I have 2 pets, can I control both smart collar devices from the App?
Yes, multiple pets and devices can be set up and controlled from the app on a single device.
Can I use WagWise for other types of pets beyond cats and dogs?
Currently all cartridges developed for the device have only been tested on cats and dogs. In the future it is possible to have formulas specific to other breeds.
Is theDevice waterproof?
When the device is properly attached it complies with IP67 for dust & waterproofing rating.

What IOS system is required to successfully connect to the WagWiseMD App?
WagwiseMD App runs on iOS 14 or higher
(iPhone 6s or higher)
How do I connect to the App?
After downloading the IOS version from the Apple App store or the Android version from the Google Play Store.
Download the Wagwise app, open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new dog/or diffuser profile.
Do I need to charge the collar or diffuser device?
You may need to charge it to 100% battery when you initially load the device and approximately every 6 months thereafter.
How do I charge the reusable device and how do I know it is fully charged?
Insert the USB-C cable into the charging input.
While charging the LED blinks white.
When fully charged the LED light blinks Green.
How do I connect the rechargeable unit to the calming cartridge?

Collar- remove the orange tab from the cartridge and place the collar in the flat spacer. Insert the four tabs on the reusable device into the corresponding slots on the disposable cartridge and snap shut
Diffuser- remove the orange tab from the cartridge. Insert the four tabs on the reusable device into the corresponding slots on the disposable cartridge and snap shut. Place closed device into the diffuser
How do I connect my WagwiseMD device to my smart mobile device?
- Make sure your WagWiseMD device is powered on and remains within 5 feet of your phone.
- Confirm that your blue tooth connection is turned on in your phone or tablet settings.
- schedule or pause it at any time.
What happens if the device is not connected?
- Click the button on the device and see if theLED light blinks blue
- If the LED has a solid blue color, it means it’s connected to another device, you should disconnect it first.
- On iPhone, make sure to forget the device from the paired Bluetooth devices by removing the paired device and try again to connect.
- Reset the device by holding the button for 8 seconds until it blinks and try again to connect.

Close and reopen the app.
How long does the rechargeable battery last in the collar or diffuser device?
The battery lasts indefinitely but will need to be recharged every 6 months.
How often do I need to change the calming cartridge for collar or diffuser?
It is dependent upon a few variables such as schedule, intensity level, weight of do. Typically, each cartridge with calming solution will last for 3-6 months
