Is WagWiseMD safe for puppies and kittens?
The calming cartridge is safe for dogs and cats of all ages. The pain relief is recommended for dogs over 8 weeks of age.

Do WagWiseMD active ingredients leave any odor when dispensed?
WagwiseMD’s ingredients do not have an odor on their own. However, a very subtle vanilla smell has been added so that users know that the device is working properly.
Do I need both the collar and the home diffuser for best results?
No, the collar or diffuser is sufficient for calming. The collar is ideal for anywhere your dog goes while the diffuser can be customized to a specific room or for multi-pet households. For pain relief only the collar can be used.
I have 2 pets, can I control both smart collar devices from the App?
Yes, multiple pets and devices can be set up and controlled from the app on a single mobile device.
How does WagWiseMD compare to other pet products?

Do I need to charge the collar?
You may need to charge it to 100% battery when you initially load the device and approximately every 6 months thereafter.
How long does the rechargeable battery in the collar last?
The battery lasts indefinitely but will need to be recharged every 6 months.
How often do I need to change the cartridge on the collar?
It is dependent upon a few variables such as schedule, intensity level, weight of dog (pain relief).
Can I use WagWise for other types of pets beyond cats and dogs?
Currently all cartridges developed for the device have only been tested on cats and dogs. In the future it is possible to have formulas specific to other breeds.
